When I first moved to Singapore 8 years ago, I was focused solely on my professional growth. But I soon realized that to thrive here, you need to find your rhythmโliterally.
During my time here, Iโve had the chance to step out of the corporate bubble. One of my proudest moments was participating in a national fitness campaign for the 2018 Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon. Standing on those posters wasn’t about the fame; it was about representing the discipline it takes to make it in this city.
As an active member of the local Table Tennis community and a frequent face at OnePA sports events, Iโve seen how different parts of Singapore offer different ‘vibes’ for students.
- SIM Students: You have the best ‘community’ feel. The Clementi area is a hub for athletes and sports lovers.
- Kaplan & PSB Students: You are in the heart of the hustle. Your gym is the city itself.
My advice? Don’t just pick a college; pick a community. I don’t just help you with the paperwork; I help you find your place in the city I call home.
